Welcome to the new Buenos Aires Café website. We hope you like our new look and can find everything you want to know about us, the Argentinian food and wine we serve – and of course our restaurants and cafés.
This is our first blog post and so we thought we’d tell you about what we’ve been up to over the past few months. Well first of all, as you may be aware already we’re opening a new, larger Buenos Aires Café in the heart of Greenwich. It will be a cross between our existing café and restaurant, with more space and a garden out the back. We will be open in the morning for coffee and pastries and won’t close until late at night, after we have served the last steaks and pizzas. In between you will be able to drop by for coffee and cake, one of our famous empanadas or the full menu from noon until closing. We aim to serve Argentinian tapas (or picadas), too, early evening, with a glass of wine, a Quilmes beer or an aperitif. At weekends we are planning to serve breakfast till late-morning for those lazybones who can’t get out of bed – and of course our pizzas, choripan, burgers and steak sandwiches will be available at all times for hungry market-goers to take away.
We hope to be opening just as the weather gets warmer in the spring, but in the meantime you should know that we’re starting all-day dining in Blackheath too at the weekends, so drop by and see us there. And follow us on Twitter, Facebook and all the rest for all the latest news, updates and events.
All-day dining starts at our Blackheath restaurant on February 6.
