Music Nights at Nelson Road

Tuesdays and Thursdays are music nights at our Greenwich restaurant, hosting regular performances of Argentine, Latin and jazz singers and musicians. The Orangery at Nelson Road is a wonderful venue for such occasions, with lots of space and an intimate atmosphere. Come by for dinner and make believe you’re in downtown Buenos Aires for the evening.

Tuesday December 4, 7.30pm
The fabulous Paolo Vera performs with regular pianist Andrea Vicari. Expect an emotionally charged performance of both jazz standards and originals from this superb young singer. Not to be missed!

Thursday December 6, 7.30pm
Buenos Aires-born vocalist and guitarist Guillermo Rozenthuler performs his heartfelt mix of tangos and milongas, romantic boleros and canciones.

Tuesday December 11, 7.30pm
Superb Aussie vocalist Trudy Kerr sings with us again, accompanied by another BA favourite, Andrea Vicari on piano.

Thursday December 13, 7.30pm
Another one of our regulars, Buenos Aires-born singer-songwriter Rafael Lijtman Gorella performs his unique and very popular bluesy originals along with a selection of Latin rumba and bossa nova classics.

Tuesday December 18, 7.30pm
Former head of jazz at Greenwich’s Trinity School of music, pianist Simon Purcell plays with ace double bassist Amy Baldwin.

Thursday December 20, 7.30pm
What better way to start the Christmas week than with a spot of Brazilian bossa nova and samba, performed by the wonderful Ines Loubet.

Thursday December 27, 7.30pm
Brazil-born guitarist and singer Marcelo – ‘Chello’ – Santos’s is back in Greenwich, playing his own brand of bossa nova, blues and rock.
